The candidate must be a citizen of Bangladesh and a permanent resident of Kushtia district. In case of married women, husband’s permanent address should be mentioned.

The said application form is available on Kushtia Zilla Parishad website (www.zpkushtia.gov.bd) and Ministry of Public Administration website (www.mopa.gov.bd) or (www.forms.gov.bd) and our website (https://bdjobspublisher.com ) can be found.
The application form should be signed and dated at the specified place. Application form to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Kushtia on 27/09/2023 AD. The date should reach by post/directly at Zilla Parishad, Kushtia office by 5.00 PM.
Age of applicant 27/09/2023 AD. Date should be between 18-30 years. Age limit is relaxable up to 32 years in case of sons/daughters of Veermuktijodhas/martyred freedom fighters, sons/daughters of sons/daughters and disabled candidates. However, their application must be accompanied by attested copy of Freedom Fighter Certificate (issued by Ministry of Freedom Fighters) of father/mother as proof. The applicant should write the quota name manually on the application form. No affidavit regarding age will be admissible.
The following documents and bank draft should be attached with the application form:
- a) Photocopies of all original/temporary certificates of educational qualification attested by First Class Gazetted Officer.
- b) 04 (Four) copies of passport size color photographs taken recently attested by a gazetted officer of first class.
- c) Photocopy of National Identity Card and Birth Registration Certificate attested by First Class Gazetted Officer.
- d) Citizenship certificate by the concerned Union Parishad Chairman/Municipal Mayor/City Corporation Councillor.
- 5) Character certificate issued by first class gazetted officer.
- f) A bank draft/pay order of tk.500/- (Five Hundred) for the posts mentioned in order No. 01 and 02 and tk.300/- (Three Hundred) for the posts mentioned in order No. 03 and 04 in favor of Chief Executive Officer Zilla Parishad, Kushtia should be attached. .
- g) Experience Certificate (if applicable).
- Latest government policies prevailing regarding quota will be followed.
- The documents along with the application must be attested by a gazetted officer of 1st class and stamped with the officer’s clear name and designation.
- Original copies of all certificates must be produced at the time of oral examination.
- In case of physically challenged and orphans, certificate issued by the Deputy Director of Social Services Office concerned.
- Incomplete, defective, wrong information and applications received late will be considered rejected.
- A 10.5 x 4.5 size envelope containing the applicant’s name, address and a postage stamp of Rs.
- The name of the candidate for the post must be mentioned on the application envelope.
- The same person cannot apply for more than one post.
- The decision of the authority in case of acceptance/rejection of application will be considered final.
- The authority will not be responsible if the employment is obtained by concealing any information or providing wrong information.
- In this case, legal action will be taken against the concerned candidate including canceling the appointment order.
- Candidates will not be given any kind of TA/DA for appearing in the examination.
- This appointment is completely temporary.
- Appointment will be made permanent as per rules after completion of satisfactory apprenticeship. Conditions of Employment “Zilla Parishad Act-2000” and “Local Government (Zilla Parishad) Officers/Employees Service Rules, 1990” and instructions issued by the Government from time to time shall apply in respect of salary allowances/perks.
- Job aspirants must reach the application form through the appropriate authority within the stipulated time.
- Police verification and health examination by Civil Surgeon must be completed before employment.
- The authority reserves the right to suspend/cancel the recruitment process at any stage due to unavoidable reasons. The decision of the appointing authority in the matter of appointment shall be final.
