The following conditions must be followed for filling the application form and appearing in the examination:

Candidate’s age limit as on 23 November 2023 should be as described in column 3 of the notification. However, the maximum age limit is 32 years for sons and daughters of brave freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters and physically challenged. Affidavit is not admissible for proof of age.

Candidates working in Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous Organizations must apply with permission from appropriate authority. Employed candidates should tick the Departmental Candidate box while filling the application form subject to fulfilling all the conditions. This condition does not apply to others. However all the serving candidates are required to submit the original copy of no objection clearance issued by the appointing authority at the time of oral test. Original copies of all certificates must be displayed at the time of oral examination and one set of attested photocopies of all certificates along with the filled Application Form and admission form must be submitted.

Certificate issued by the Union Parishad/Municipality/City Corporation as proof of permanent resident of the district, photocopy of national identity card and if the applicant is the son/daughter of the freedom fighter/martyr freedom fighter, the chairman of the Union Parishad/City Corporation concerned. Attested photocopy of certificate issued by Ward Councillor/Municipal Mayor/Councillor should be submitted. The applicant should also mention his/her last acquired educational qualification.

Government Institutions Computer Personnel Recruitment Rules, 2019 to fill the vacancies in serial numbers 1 and 5 of the table mentioned in the recruitment circular, Bangladesh Secretariat (Non-cadre Gazetted Officers and Non-Gazetted Employees) Recruitment Rules, 2014 (Revised-2020) to fill the vacancies in serial numbers 2, 4 and 7 ), Accounts Cell Staff Recruitment Rules, 2018 of Ministries and Departments to fill up serial number 3 vacancies and Government Vehicles Directorate Staff Recruitment Rules, 2019 to fill serial number 6 vacancies will be followed.

The existing rules and regulations of the government in respect of recruitment and any subsequent amendments in the relevant rules will be followed. No TA/DA will be provided for participation in written and oral examinations.
The authority reserves the right to reduce/increase the number of posts mentioned in the notification and cancel the notification.
The decision of the appointing authority in the matter of appointment shall be final.

RTHD Job Circular 2023 Application Form Filling Conditions

i.Candidates willing to participate in the examination will fill the application form at http://rthd.teletalk.com.bd website. Application Deadlines are as follows: Starting date and time for online application form filling and examination fee submission: 23-11-2023, 10:00 a.m. Last date and time for online application form submission: 13-12-2023, 5:00 p.m.

ii. Candidates who have received the User ID within the said period will submit the exam fee via SMS within 72 (seventy two) hours from the time of online application submission.
In the online application form, the candidate will scan his colored photograph (length 300xwidth 300) pixels and signature (length 300xwidth 80) pixels and upload it to the designated place. Image size should be maximum 100KB and signature should be maximum 60KB.

Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all the subsequent activities, the candidate himself will be hundred percent sure about the correctness of all the information filled before submitting the application form online.
Candidates shall keep a print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any examination related need and submit one copy during the oral examination.

Rules for Sending SMS and Payment of Test Fee:

After completing the online application form by properly filling the application form and uploading the photo and signature according to the instructions, the application preview with the photo can be seen on the computer. Candidates who have submitted the application form correctly will get an Applicant’s Copy with a User ID, Photo and Signature. If any information is wrong in the Applicant’s Copy or the image is unclear (completely black/completely white/blurry) or the photograph/signature is not correct then one can re-apply.

However, no further changes/amendments/enhancements are acceptable after the submission of application fee, therefore, before submitting the application fee, the candidate must ensure that the applicant’s copy has a recent color photograph, accurate information and signature attached and confirm its correctness by downloading the PDF copy and printing it in color. will do Candidates should print or download the Applicant’s Copy and save it.

A User ID number will be given in the Applicant’s copy and using the User ID number the candidate can send 02 (two) SMS through any Teletalk Pre-paid Mobile number in the following manner for examination fee of Rs.200/- (Two Hundred) and Rs. A total of 223/- (two hundred and twenty three) including service charge of Teletalk is 23/- (twenty three) and 100/- (one hundred) for exam fee for serial number 6-7 and service charge of Teletalk is 12/- (twelve) total. 112/- (one hundred and twelve) should be deposited within 72 (seventy two) hours. It should be noted,

“Even if all the parts of the application form are submitted online, the online application form will not be accepted under any circumstances until the examination fee is submitted.”

RTHD job circular 2023 Admit Card

Receipt of Road Transport and Highways Department Recruitment Notification 2023 at http://rthd.teletalk.com.bd or Road Transport and Highways Department Website: www.rthd.gov.bd and via SMS on candidate’s mobile phone (only eligible Candidates) will be intimated in due course. All communication related to the examination will be done on the mobile phone given by the candidate in the online application form, so it is forbidden to keep the number active all the time, read the SMS and follow the received instructions immediately.

After using the User ID and Password sent in SMS, the candidate will download and print (if possible colored) the admit card containing the information such as roll number, post name, photo, exam date, time and venue name etc. The candidate must produce this admit card at the time of appearing in the written test and if passed at the time of practical (where applicable) and oral test.
