Taxes Zone-13 Dhaka Job Circular 2023 The following conditions must be followed in filling the application form and participating in the examination:

Taxes Zone-13 Dhaka Job Circular 2023 Candidate Age:

(a) Age limit of candidate is 18-30 years as on 01/09/2023 AD and age limit of 18-32 years for sons and daughters of brave freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters and physically challenged.
(b) Age limit is relaxable up to 40 years in case of candidates working in tax department against the posts of Adjunct Numerical cum Computer Operator and Office Assistant cum Computer Numerical.

Candidates employed in Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous Organizations shall apply subject to the permission of the appropriate authority and submit the no-objection letter at the time of oral examination. No advance copy will be accepted in this case.

If the candidate is the son-daughter of freedom fighter/martyr freedom fighter or son-daughter of son-daughter, it should be clearly mentioned in the application form.

Quota will be reserved as per the latest policy of Govt.

Eligibility Verification of Candidates:
If any information provided by the candidate or any documents submitted by the candidate is found to be fake, false or false or if any fake or fraudulent use is made in the examination, the candidature of the concerned candidate will be canceled and appropriate legal action will be taken against him. The authority reserves the right to cancel the candidature of any candidate who has passed the examination if wrong information/fake documents are produced.

At the time of oral examination, candidates are required to produce the original copies of the following documents (sequentially A to Z) along with 2 recent passport size color photographs along with photocopies of all certificates attested by a gazetted officer of the first class.

(a) Certificates of all educational qualifications (experience certificates where applicable) of the candidate.
(b) Citizenship certificate issued by the Union Parishad Chairman/Municipal Mayor/Councillor in which the candidate is a resident of the Union/Municipality/Ward.
(c) Character certificate issued by a gazetted officer of the first class.
(d) Certificate/certificate issued by appropriate authority in support of quota claim other than female quota.
(e) Attested photocopy of National Identity Card/Birth Registration Certificate.
(F) Applicant’s Copy of Online Filled Application Form and Admit Card
(g) In case the applicant is the son-daughter of a brave freedom fighter/martyr or the son-daughter of a brave freedom fighter/martyr, the freedom fighter’s certificate and the certificate given by the concerned Union Parishad Chairman/Municipality Mayor/City Corporation Ward Councilor stating the relationship of continuity with the applicant.
(h) Certificate issued by the competent authority as per the latest policy of Govt.
(j) Attested copy of driving license in case of candidates for the post of driver.

Legal action will be taken against the candidate if the certificate, date of birth, national identity card, place of birth are found to be untrue or false.

Written, Oral and Practical Examination date and time table will be announced on Taxes Zone-13, Dhaka Notice Board website www.taxeszone13dhaka.gov.bd and candidates will be informed through SMS on mobile phones.

No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in Written/Practical/Oral Examination.

Incomplete, defective and late applications will be considered rejected.

In cases not mentioned above but applicable, the latest BB-Rules issued by the Ministry of Public Administration shall apply.

The number of vacancies mentioned in the recruitment notification may decrease/increase. The Authority reserves the right to partially or fully modify/cancel this notification.

The decision of the appointing authority in any matter relating to recruitment shall be final.

Terms and conditions related to online application form filling:

Those who wish to apply can fill the application form on this website (http://tax13.teletalk.com.bd). The application deadline is as follows:

(i) Online application form filling and application fee submission start date and time 10/12/2023 AD 10.00 am (local time).
(ii) Last date and time for online filling and submission of application form 31/12/2023 AD 5.00 pm (local time). Candidates who have received User ID within the said period can submit the examination fee through SMS within 72 (seventy two) hours from the time of submission of application form online.

(b) In the online application form, the candidate will scan his signature (length 300 x width 80 pixel) and recently taken color photograph (length 300 x width 300 pixel) and upload it at the designated place. Image size should be maximum 100KB and signature size should be maximum 60KB.

(c) Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, the candidate himself will be hundred percent sure about the correctness of all the information filled before submitting the online application form.

(d) The candidate shall keep a color print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any examination related needs and submit one copy at the time of oral examination.

Taxes Zone-13 Dhaka Job Circular 2023 Rules for Sending SMS and Payment of Test Fee:

(i) After completing the online application form and uploading the photo and signature according to the instructions, the application preview with the photo can be seen on the computer. After submitting the application form correctly, the candidate will get a User ID, photo and an applicant’s copy with signature. Candidates should download the application’s copy and print it in color and save it.
(ii) A User ID number will be given in the Applicant’s copy and using the User ID number the candidate will send 02 (two) SMS through any Teletalk Pre-paid mobile number in the following manner Application fee Rs.300/-(Three Hundred) for serial number 1 ; For teletalk service charge 35/-(Taka thirty five) including (non-refundable) Total 335/-(Taka three hundred and thirty five), 200/- (Taka two hundred) for Serial No. 2-6; A total of 223/- (Taka Two Hundred and Twenty Three) inclusive of Service Charges of Teletalk 23/- (Taka Twenty Three) and 100/- (Taka One Hundred) for Serial No. 7-9; 12/- (non-refundable) total of 112/- (one hundred times Taka) including service charge of Teletalk within 72 (seventy two) hours.
(iii) It is specially mentioned here that “Even if all parts of the online application form are submitted and submitted, the online application form will not be accepted under any circumstances until the examination fee is submitted.”

Receipt of Admit Card will be intimated in due course to eligible candidates only on http://tax13.teletalk.com.bd website and through SMS on candidate’s mobile phone. All communication related to the examination will be done on the mobile phone provided by the candidate in the online application form, so it is recommended to keep the number active at all times, read the SMS and follow the instructions received immediately.

After using the User ID and Password sent in the SMS, candidates will download and print the admit card containing the information such as roll number, post name, photo, exam date, time and place/centre name etc. Candidates must produce the admit card at the time of appearing in the written test and at the time of practical test (if applicable) and oral test if they pass the written test.
