The following conditions must be followed while filling the application form and participating in the examination:

• (a) The age limit of the candidate as on 19 November 2023 should be as described in column 4 of the notification. However, the maximum age limit is 32 years for sons and daughters of brave freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters and physically challenged. Affidavit is not admissible for proof of age.
• (b) Candidates employed in Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous Organizations must apply with the permission of the appropriate authority. Job candidates should tick (√) in the Departmental Candidate box while filling the application form subject to all conditions. For others these conditions are not applicable. However, all the employed candidates are required to submit the original copy of the no objection clearance issued by the appointing authority at the time of oral examination.
• (c) To follow the existing rules and regulations of the Government in respect of recruitment and any subsequent amendments thereto.

A. Candidates who want to participate in the exam can fill the application form on this website http://pib.teletalk.com.bd. The application deadline is as follows:

• Online application form filling and exam fee submission start date and time: 26.11.2023 at 10:00 AM.
• Last date and time for submission of application form online: 24.12.2023 at 05:00 PM.
• Candidates who have received the User ID within the said period can submit the examination fee through SMS within the next 72 (seventy two) hours from the time of submitting the application form online.
  b. In the online application form, the candidate will scan his color photograph (length 300 × width 300 pixels) and signature (length 300 × width 80 pixels) and upload it to the designated place.
  c. As the information filled in the online application form will be used in all the subsequent activities, the candidate himself will be hundred percent sure about the correctness of all the information filled before submitting the application form online.
  d. Candidates should keep a colored print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any exam related need.

Rules for Sending SMS and Payment of Test Fee:

After completing the online application form by properly filling the application form and uploading the photo and signature according to the instructions, the application preview with the photo can be seen on the computer. Candidates who submit the application form accurately will get an Applicant’s copy with User ID photo and signature.

If any information is wrong in the applicant’s copy or the image is unclear (full black / full white blurred) or the photo/signature is not correct then you can reapply. However, no further changes/amendments/enhancements are acceptable after the submission of the application fee. Therefore, before submitting the application fee, the candidate must print the latest color photograph, correct information, signature and ensure its correctness by downloading the PDF copy in the said Applicant’s copy. save

And 100/- (One Hundred) Taka for Serial No. 14 to 16 Posts including Teletalk Service Charge of Taka 12 (One Hundred Times) Total Total Taka 112/- (One Hundred Times) (Non-Refundable) within 72 (Seventy Two) Hours . It is specially noted here that “Even if all the parts of the application form are submitted online, the online application form will not be accepted under any circumstances until the examination fee is submitted”.

Press Institute Bangladesh PIB job circular 2023 Admit Card

Receipt of admit card will be intimated in due course on website http://pib.teletalk.com.bd and through SMS on candidate’s mobile phone (only eligible candidates). All communication related to the examination will be done on the mobile phone given by the candidate in the online application form, so it is forbidden to keep the number active all the time, read the SMS and follow the received instructions immediately.

After using the User ID and Password sent in the SMS, the candidate will download and print the admit card containing the information such as roll number, post name, photo, examination date, time and place center name etc. Candidates must produce the admit card at the time of appearing in the written test and at the time of passing the oral test.

User ID and Password recovery:

Candidates can recover their User ID and Password by following the below mentioned SMS procedure only from Teletalk pre-paid mobile phone.
If User ID is known: PIB Help< Space > USER < Space > User ID & Send to 16222.
Example: PIB Help User ABCDEF & Send to 16222.
If PIN Number is known: PIBHelpPIN PIN No & Send to 16222.
Example: PIB Help PIN 12345678 & Send to 16222.

Apart from the newspaper, all information related to this can be seen on the notice board of PIB website www.pib.gov.bd. Or the notification can also be obtained by directly accessing the job portal of Bangladesh’s only state mobile operator Teletalk https://alljobs.teletalk.com.bd/pib. Recruitment exam date, time and other information will be known from website and notice board.

Declaration:

The candidate has to declare in the declaration section of the online application form that all the information provided by the candidate in the application form is correct and true. If the information provided is found to be untrue or false or if any ineligibility is found or if any fraud or corruption is resorted to or if any fraud or dishonesty is committed, the candidature will be canceled at any stage before or after the examination. Legal action may be taken against the concerned candidate even after examination or recruitment

Legibility Verification of Candidates:

If any information provided or documents submitted by the candidate is found to be fake, false or fraudulent or if any fake or fraudulent practices are used in the examination, the candidature of the concerned candidate will be canceled and appropriate legal action will be taken against him. The authority reserves the right to cancel the candidature of any candidate who has passed the examination if wrong information/fake documents are produced. At the time of oral examination, 01 attested photocopy of each of the following documents must be produced along with the originals:

• (a) Certificates of all educational qualifications of the candidate (including experience certificates where applicable);
• (b) Citizenship certificate issued by the Chairman of Union Parishad/Municipal Mayor/Ward Councilor of City Corporation/Chief Executive Officer of Cantonment Board where the candidate is a resident of Union/Municipality/City Corporation/Cantonment Board;
• (c) In case the applicant is the son-daughter of the son-daughter of a heroic freedom fighter/martyr, attested photocopy of the certificate issued by the concerned Union Parishad Chairman/City Corporation Ward Councilor and Municipal Mayor/Councillor to that effect. must be submitted;
• (d) Character certificate issued by Chairman of Union Parishad/Mayor of Municipality/Ward Councilor of City Corporation/Gazetted Officer of First Class;
• (e) Attested copy of National Identity Card/Birth Certificate (where applicable);
• (f) Applicant’s copy of completed online application form;
