The following conditions must be followed in filling the application form and participating in the examination:
- a) Age of the applicant is 29/11/2023 AD. Minimum 18 (eighteen) years and maximum 30 (thirty) years as on date. However, in the case of sons and daughters of brave freedom fighters/martyr freedom fighters and physically challenged, the age is 29/11/2023 AD. Relaxable up to 32 (thirty two) years on date. Affidavit is not acceptable for proof of age.
- (b) Candidates serving in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Institutions must apply through appropriate authority. However, all the serving candidates are required to submit the original copy of no objection clearance issued by the appointing authority at the time of oral examination.
- (c) The existing rules of the Government and the prevailing quota system in the matter of recruitment and any subsequent amendments in the relevant rules shall be followed.
- (d) 01 attested photocopies of each (including Licence/Training Certificate/Experience Certificate where applicable) showing original copies of all educational qualification certificates and submitting one set of attested photocopies along with the filled Application Form. Besides, as proof of permanent resident of the district, citizenship certificate issued by the Chairman of the Union Parishad/Municipal Mayor/Ward Councilor of the City Corporation, original copy of the National Identity Card and if the applicant is the son or daughter of a heroic freedom fighter, the applicant is the son or daughter of a heroic freedom fighter/martyr freedom fighter in support of the concerned Union Parishad. 01 attested photocopy of each along with the original copy of the certificate issued by the Chairman/City Corporation Ward Councilor/Municipal Mayor/Councillor along with the original copy of the concerned freedom fighter certificate should be submitted.
- (e) The authority may reduce/increase the number of posts mentioned in the notification and cancel/amend the notification if necessary without showing any reason.
- (f) The decision of the appointing authority on the appointment shall be final. No objection will be accepted.
- (g) Candidates will not be granted any TA/DA for appearing in written/oral examination.
Terms and conditions related to online application form filling:
Candidates who wish to participate in the examination can fill the application form on this website http://rda.teletalk.com.bd.
- i. Date and Time of Online Filling of Application Form and Submission of Application Fee: 29/11/2013 AD. Morning- 10:00 am;
- ii. Last date and time for submission of application form online: 28/12/2013 AD. Afternoon- 05:00 p.m.
- Candidates who have received the User ID within the said period can submit the exam fee via SMS within 72 (seventy two) hours from the time of Online Application Submission.
- In the online application form, the candidate will scan his signature (length 300 × width 80 pixels) and color photograph (length 300 × width 300 pixels) and upload it at the designated place.
- Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, the candidate himself must be 100% sure about the correctness of all the information given in the application form before submitting the online application form.
- A colored print copy of the online filled application form shall be retained by the candidate for use as an aid for any examination related purposes.
- Rules for sending SMS and payment of examination fee: After completing the application form by filling the application form (Application Form) online properly and uploading the photo and signature according to the instructions, the application preview with the photo can be seen on the computer.
Candidates who submit the application correctly will get a User ID and an Applicant’s copy with photograph and signature. After downloading the applicant’s copy, print it in color and save it. Applicant’s copy will contain a User ID number using which the candidate will submit the exam fee within 72 hours by sending 02 (two) SMS through any Teletalk pre-paid mobile number in the following manner.
Including Service Charges of Teletalk – Examination fee for the post mentioned in order no. 1 is to be submitted for examination fee of Rs. – 112/- (one hundred and twelve) rupees should be submitted for examination fee for the post mentioned in serial number 19. It is specially noted here that even if all the parts of the application form have been filled and submitted online, the online application form will not be accepted under any circumstances until the examination fee is submitted.
SMS should be sent in the following manner:
First SMS: Write RDA User ID and send to 16222.
Example: RDA ABCDEF & send to 16222 (User ID number should be placed in place of ABCDEF
Reply: Applicant’s Name, Tk-558/- or Tk-223/- or TK-112/- will be charged as application fee. Your PIN is 12345678. To pay fee Type RDA Yes PIN and send to 16222.
Second SMS: RDA Yes Enter PIN and send to 16222.
Example: RDA YES 12345678 and Send to 16222 (Instead of 12345678, put PIN number). Reply: Congratulations Applicant’s Name, payment completed successfully for Application for post xxxxxxxxx User ID is (ABCDEF) and Password (XXXXXXXX).

Receipt of admit card will be intimated in due course on website www.rda.gov.bd and http://rda.teletalk.com.bd and through SMS on candidate’s mobile phone (only eligible candidates). All communication related to the examination will be done on the mobile phone given by the candidate in the online application form, so it is recommended to keep the number active all the time, read the SMS and follow the received instructions immediately.

- (ii) If PIN Number is known: RDA HelpPIN PIN No & Send to 16222. Example: RDA Help PIN 12345678 & send to 16222 (PIN number should be replaced by 12345678).
(j) In addition to the notification in the newspaper, all information related to this will be available on the website of RDA www.rda.gov.bd and on the website of Rural Development and Cooperative Department www.rdcd.gov.bd.
