BPATC Job Circular 2023 Terms and Conditions for Filling Online Application Form:

As on the date of publication of the circular, the maximum age limit of the candidate for Serial No. 1, 2 and 4 of the above table shall be 30 (thirty) years and for Serial No. 3 the maximum age limit of the candidate shall be 32 (thirty two) years. But affidavit is not admissible for proof of age. In the case of freedom fighters/martyrs, sons and daughters of freedom fighters and physically challenged, the maximum tenure is 32 (thirty two) years.

As per the notification No. Shim/Sh11/5-1 (Part)/582 dated 02 June 2009 of the Ministry of Education and Notification No. Shim/Sh11/19-1/2007 dated 02 March 2010 against the current GPA of the previous 1st and 2nd Division/Grade will be determined as follows: In case of SSC or equivalent and HSC or equivalent examination result-

GPA 3.00 or above	First Division
GPA 2.00 to less than 3.00	Second Division

In case of CGPA awarded by the recognized University-
(a) The CGPA on the scale (4 or 5) awarded by the University must have a mark equal to 80% on the CGPA scale;
(b) Convert the CGPA marks obtained in proportion to the said marks into percentage marks;
(c) On the basis of percentage marks converted in the above-mentioned manner, categories/classes shall be determined as follows:

Preference will be given to the candidates who have participated in any event/received awards at national/international level or have completed any course/training/degree related to the post outside the required educational qualification in respect of the posts mentioned in order no.2.

Online Application Form Filling & Exam Fee Submission Start Date & Time: 23/11/2023, AM- 10:00 AM.
Last date and time for submission of application form online: 21/12/2023, PM- 05:00 PM.

Candidates who have received the User ID within the said period can submit the examination fee through SMS within the next 72 (seventy two) hours from the time of submitting the application form online.

In the online application form, the candidate will scan his signature (length 300 × width 80 pixel) and color photo (length 300 × width 300 pixel) and upload it at the designated place. Image size should be maximum 100 KB and signature size should be maximum 60 KB.
Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all the subsequent activities, the candidate himself will be hundred percent sure about the correctness of all the information filled before submitting the application form online.

Candidates shall retain a color print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any examination related requirements.

Rules for sending SMS and payment:

Rules for sending SMS and payment of examination fee: After completing the application form by filling the application form (Application Form) online properly and uploading the photo and signature according to the instructions, the application preview with the photo can be seen on the computer. Candidates who submit the application form correctly will get an applicant’s copy with User ID, photograph and signature. After downloading the applicant’s copy, print it in color and save it.

A User ID number will be given in the applicant’s copy and using the User ID number, the candidate can send 02 (two) SMS through any Teletalk pre-paid mobile number in the following manner for the recruitment test fee for the posts 1-2 mentioned in the recruitment circular 600/-( Six Hundred) Taka and Teletalk’s service charge of Taka 69.00, Total Taka 669/- (Six Hundred and Seventy Nine) Taka

And 500/-(Five Hundred) Taka for Recruitment Test Fee and 58.00 Taka for Teletalk Service Charge, totaling 558/- (Five Hundred Fifty Eight) Taka within 72 (Seventy Two) Hours. It is specially noted here that even if all parts of the application form are submitted online, the online application form will not be accepted in any case until the examination fee is submitted.

BPATC job circular 2023 Admit Card

BPATC job circular 2023 Admit Card. Receipt of admit card will be intimated (to eligible candidates) in due course on website http://bpatc.teletalk.com.bd and through SMS on candidate’s mobile phone. All communication related to the examination will be done on the mobile phone provided by the candidate in the online application form, so it is recommended to keep the number active at all times, read the SMS and follow the instructions received immediately.

After using the User ID and Password sent in the SMS, the candidate will download and print the admit card containing the information such as roll number, post name, photograph, exam date, time and place/centre name etc. Candidates must produce the admit card at the time of appearing in the written test and at the time of oral test if passed.

User ID and Password recovery:

Candidates can retrieve their User ID, Serial and PIN by following the below mentioned SMS procedure only from Teletalk pre-paid mobile phone.

Candidates working in Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous Organizations must apply for permission through appropriate authority and submit the said permission at the time of oral examination.

Candidates who are residents of Union Parishad/Municipality/City Corporation should submit citizenship certificate issued by Chairman of Union Parishad or Mayor/Councillor of Municipality or Ward Councilor of City Corporation.

In case of Physically Handicapped, the candidate has to produce the certificate/certificate issued by the appropriate authority.

If the applicant is the son/daughter of a freedom fighter/martyr or the son/daughter of a son/daughter, a certified photocopy of the certificate issued by the concerned Union Parishad Chairman/City Corporation Ward Councillor/Municipality Mayor/Councillor should be submitted.

If the applicant is the son/daughter of a freedom fighter/martyr or the son/daughter of a son/daughter, the certificate signed by the Hon’ble Prime Minister, the certificate issued by the Ministry of Liberation War, the attested photocopy of the Bangladesh Gazette and Red Muktibarta should be submitted.
