Dhaka Palli Bidyut Samity-1 Conditions:

Applicants are requested to download the application form (Form No- PAMASP 110-002, Version-01) from the website of Dhaka Palli Vidyut Samiti-1 (www.pbs1.dhaka.gov.bd) and fill it manually on 30-08-2023 AD. Application form should be sent by post or through courier service to Senior General Manager, Dhaka Palli Vidyut Samiti-1, Palashbari, Savar, Dhaka during office hours. No direct application will be accepted. No application will be accepted after the due date.

Application in any form other than the prescribed application form (Form No-PMASOP 110-002, Version-01) will be considered as invalid. The application form should be filled manually by the applicant, no application composed on white paper will be accepted.

Incomplete application form, if the prescribed application form is not duly filled or partially filled or if wrong information is given or not signed or any other information provided by the candidate in the application form including educational qualification and experience, date of birth, age, permanent address, home district In case of incomplete or untrue or inconsistency proved, the candidature will be canceled at any stage during selection process i.e. before or after the written test. If any part of the prospectus is not applicable to a candidate then “Not Applicable” should be mentioned.

Necessary documents:

(a) Copy of all original/temporary certificates of educational qualification. [Marksheets and Testimonials are not acceptable].
(b) Attested copy of National Identity Card/Birth Registration Certificate to be submitted.
(c) Citizen certificate issued by the local Union Parishad/Municipality should be attached.
(d) The candidate should attach a pay order/bank draft of Tk 100/= (one hundred) from any scheduled bank in favor of Senior General Manager, Dhaka Palli Vidyut Samiti-1 with the application form.
(e) 03 copies of passport size color photographs.
[NB: Attested copies of all certificates (attested by Gazetted Officer 1st Class with name and designation seal) should be attached with the application.

SSC certificate will be considered as proof of age.
The first blood relatives of the employees of this company, spouses of employees of the company, area directors of the association board/women directors will not be considered for employment in this company.

Appointment on such temporary basis shall not be made permanent in future in any manner and no claim in this regard shall be entertained by you. As long as Dhaka Palli Vidyut Samiti-1 requires, this appointment will remain in force on the basis of “no work no wages”.

The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.

The date on which the recruitment test will be held will be intimated to the applicant through the admit card sent by post. Also will be notified through SMS on the mobile phone number provided in the filled form.

Candidates will be finalised/selected on the basis of written, practical and oral examination.
Police verification will be done to verify the candidate’s pre-identity and other information after joining the job. If the police verification report is not satisfactory, the permit will be canceled and the exemption will be granted.

If the candidate is finally selected, he will be bound to work in any zonal/sub-zonal office of Dhaka Palli Vidyut Samiti-1. The applicant should fill the prescribed form (Serial No-01) manually and send it along with the required documents to the Senior General Manager of Dhaka Palli Vidyut Samity-1 mentioning the name of the post on the envelope.
