Sample copy of application form and admit card can be downloaded from Rangamati Hills Zilla Parishad website www.rhdc.gov.bd or District Cooperative Officer office website www.cooperative.rangamati.gov.bd. The following documents must be attached with the application form attested by a gazetted officer of the 1st class (must bear the seal of the attesting officer’s name) –
- a) 03 (three) copies of passport size color photographs taken recently. 03 copies of photograph 01 (one) copy with application and 02 (two) copies with admit card should be pasted with glue/gum.
- b) All original/temporary certificates of educational qualifications and certificates of training (in case of post No. 3) issued by the Board/University.
- c) Citizenship certificate issued by Union Parishad Chairman/Municipal Mayor.
- d) Permanent resident certificate issued by the District Commissioner or Circle Chief in support of permanent resident of Rangamati Hill District.

- Incomplete and defective applications will be treated as outright rejection. The decision of the appointing authority regarding acceptance or rejection of the application shall be final. No objection will be accepted in this regard.
- If any false information is provided in the application form and the submitted documents are proved to be false/false, the authorities will take necessary legal action against the concerned applicant including canceling the application/recruitment at any stage of the recruitment process.

- After screening the applications received, only eligible candidates will be allowed to participate in the written/oral test at the discretion of the authorities.
- Place, date and time of oral examination will be informed through admit card and notice board and Rangamati Hill District Council website www.rhdc.gov.bd or District Primary Education Office website www.dpe.rangamati.gov.bd. Original copies of all the certificates/documents attached with the application form must be produced at the time of appearing in the oral examination. No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in Written/Oral/Practical Examination.
- Due to the publication of this recruitment circular, the authorities are not obliged to take the examination of the applicants or to appoint the candidates for the posts. Prevailing government regulations regarding quota, rules/policies applicable to hilly areas etc. will be followed.
- The decision of the recruitment committee in accepting and rejecting the applications of the candidates will be considered final. Besides, the appointing authority reserves full power to suspend/cancel/withdraw/reduce/increase the number of vacancies displayed in this recruitment notification without assigning any reason.
- The applicant should clearly write the name of the post applied for in red ink on the top of the envelope of the application form and the full name and address of the applicant should be written on the left side of the envelope. Besides, any quota (Muktijodha/Orphanage resident/Ansar-VDP/PWD etc.) claimed should be mentioned on the upper right side of the envelope.
