DGFood Job Circular 2023 Apply method

Candidates who are interested in participating in the exam can fill the application form at http://dgfood.teletalk.com.bd website. The application deadline is as follows:

(i) Online application form filling and examination fee submission start date and time: 12/09/2023 AD. 10.00 am.
(ii) Last date and time for submission of application form online: 11/10/2023 AD. 5.00 pm. Candidates who have received the User ID within the said period can submit the examination fee through SMS within the next 72 (seventy two) hours from the time of submitting the application online.
In the online application form, the candidate will scan his color photo (length 300 × width 300) pixel and signature (length 300 × width 80) pixel and upload it to the designated place. Image size should be maximum 100KB and signature size should be maximum 60KB.
The information filled in the online application will be used later in all the activities, so the candidate himself will be 100% sure about the correctness of all the information filled before submitting the application online.
Candidates shall keep a print copy of the filled online application as an aid for any examination related needs and submit one copy at the time of oral examination.

Rules for sending SMS and payment of examination fee: After completing the application form by filling the online application (Application Form) according to the instructions and uploading the photo and signature, the application preview with the photo can be seen on the computer. Candidates will get an Applicant’s Copy with a User ID, Photo and Signature after submitting the application form accurately. Candidates should print or download the Applicant’s Copy and save it.
A User ID number will be given on the Applicant’s copy and using the User ID number the candidate can send 02 (two) SMS through any Teletalk pre-paid mobile number in the following manner for examination fee 200/- (Two Hundred) for the posts mentioned in the order No. 1-21. Taka 23/-(twenty three) inclusive of Teletalk service charge Total Taka 223/-(two hundred and twenty three) Taka 100/-(one hundred) for examination fee for the post mentioned in order no.22 and Teletalk service charge inclusive of Taka 12/-(twelve) ) Total of tk.112/-(one hundred and twelve) (non-refundable) to be deposited within 72 (seventy two) hours of submission of application.
It is specially noted here that even if all parts of the application are submitted online, the online application will not be accepted until the examination fee is submitted.

First SMS: Send DGFOOD User ID to 16222. Example: DGFOOD ABCDEF Reply: Applicant’s Name, Tk. 667/556 will be charged as application fee.
Your PIN is XXXXXXXXXXXX. To pay fee Type DGFOOD Yes PIN and send to 16222

Second SMS: Type DGFOOD Yes PIN and send to 16222. Example: DGFOOD Yes XXXXXXXXX Reply: Congratulations Applicant’s Name, Payment completed successfully for DGFOOD Application for post XXXXXXXX User ID is (ABCDEF) and Password (XXXXX).

After sending the second SMS by the candidate he will get the password in the return SMS. Candidate must save this Password, Admit Card Download.

DGFood Circular 2023 Admit card

Receipt of admit card will be intimated in due course on website http://dgfood.teletalk.com.bd or DGFood office website: www.dgfood.gov.bd and through SMS on candidate’s mobile phone (only eligible candidates). All communication related to the examination will be done on the mobile phone provided by the candidate in the online application form, so it is recommended to keep the number active at all times, read the SMS and follow the instructions received immediately.

After using the User ID and Password sent in the SMS, the candidate will download and print (if possible colored) the admit card containing the information such as roll number, post name, photo, exam date, time and center name etc. Candidates must produce this admit card at the time of appearing in the written test and at the time of appearing in the oral test if they pass the written test.
