- Candidate must be a citizen of Bangladesh by birth.
- Age of all applicants should be minimum 18 (Eighteen) and maximum 30 (Thirty) years as on 23/07/2013 other than Veer Muktijodha/Son/Daughter of Veer Muktijodha/Disabled. Maximum age limit is 32 (thirty-two) years in case of heroic freedom fighters/sons and daughters of heroic freedom fighters/disabled persons. Note that affidavit is not admissible for proof of age.
- Applications of all candidates will be accepted online only. Applications received through any medium other than online will be treated as outright cancellation. The signature of the candidate must be identical in the application form, written, oral and practical (where applicable) examinations.
- The same person cannot apply for more than one post, if the application is received for more than one post, the application for all the posts will be considered cancelled.
- Candidates who have cleared the written examination for the posts of Computer Operator, Assistant Numerical cum Computer Operator, Office Assistant cum Computer Numerical and Driver will have to take part in the practical (where applicable) test on the relevant subjects as per recruitment rules. Candidates who clear the practical test will be eligible to appear in the oral test.
- The applicant should mention all his acquired educational qualifications/experience in the application.
- Candidates employed in Govt/Semi-Govt/Autonomous/Semi-Autonomous Organizations must apply within the stipulated time after obtaining the approval of the appropriate authorities following the Government Rules and copy of the No Objection Letter (NOC) issued by the appointing authority at the time of oral examination of all the post candidates. Must be submitted.
- The latest regulations of the government will be followed in the matter of recruitment and quota determination.
- In case of Health Assistant post, the candidate should be a permanent resident of the ward (old) for which he/she is applying for the post. Permanent residents of other wards of the same union can apply (in this case the ward in which the candidate is a resident must be mentioned in the application form). However, if eligible candidates resident of the concerned vacant post ward are found, candidates of other wards will not be considered and if eligible candidates resident of the concerned ward are not available, eligible candidates of other wards will be considered. Note that the residents of the newly formed Shaistaganj upazila will apply according to the union and ward of the erstwhile Habiganj Sadar upazila.
- If the permanent address mentioned in the application form by the candidate is different from the permanent address mentioned earlier in any certificate or elsewhere or if the husband’s address is used in the case of female candidates, then in that case the candidate should submit the National Identity Card (NID) and the concerned City Corporation in favor of the changed permanent address. - If any information provided by the candidate is proved to be untrue or false or conceals necessary information or is found to be ineligible or has resorted to any fraud or corruption or has received multiple admit cards by filling in the form multiple times with false, different/incorrect information or has resorted to malfeasance in the examination Or misbehavior at the examination center before or after the examination, even after the appointment at any stage including cancellation of candidature or appointment of the candidate will lead to legal action against the candidate.
- A candidate who is married or promised to marry a foreign national will be considered ineligible to apply.
Application Rules/Conditions and Deadlines are as follows:-
(a) Interested candidates can send application form online at http://cshabiganj.teletalk.com.bd website. The form should be filled as per the guidelines published on the website.
(b) Starting date and time for online application form filling and examination fee submission on 23/07/2023 from 10.00 AM onwards.
(c) Last date and time for submission of online application is 13/08/2013 up to 05.00 PM.
(D) Candidates who have received User ID within the said period can submit the examination fee through SMS within the next 72 (seventy two) hours from the time of submitting the application online.
Candidates have to upload their color photograph (length 300x width 300) and signature (length 300x width 80) pixel scanned in the online application form. Image size should be maximum 100 KB and signature size should be maximum 60 KB.
Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, the candidate himself will be hundred percent sure about the correctness of all the information filled before submitting the online application form.
Candidates shall keep a print copy of the filled online application as a reference for any exam related need.

- f) Certificate issued by the concerned Deputy Commissioner of Minorities (Tribals/Tribals).
- g) Physically Handicapped Certificate issued by concerned authority in case of physically challenged candidates.
- h) Certificate issued by Orphanage/Child Home by Department of Social Services in case of orphan candidates.
- j) Member of Ansar and Village Defense Force (minimum 21 days training completed before 30/06/2023) Candidates Certificate issued by District Commandant of Ansar and VDP as member of Ansar and Village Defense Force concerned.
- j) Attested by appropriate authority in case of departmental candidates.
- k) Attested copy of downloaded Applicant’s & Admit Card Copy.
No daily allowance and traveling allowance will be given to the candidate for appearing in written, practical (where applicable) and oral examination.
