The Department of Secondary and Higher Education issued the circular at a time when the country is suffering from the corona virus. However, the educated unemployed society is very happy. Especially those whose job age is at the very last stage. This is the biggest circular in Bangladesh at this time of virus suffering. The number of terms is also a lot.
